By accessing and using the Mulberry & Second website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.

2. Products and Services

All products listed on the Site are pre-owned. We make every effort to display the condition and details of each item as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any product color or detail will be accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on the Site. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently offer local pickup from our home office in North Chattanooga and free local delivery to specified neighborhoods in the downtown Chattanooga area. We do not currently offer shipping for our items. You will be contacted within one business day of purchase to arrange a pickup or delivery time.

5. Returns and Refunds

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mulberry & Second. Our trademarks, logos, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
